At the core of our business, we manufacture and distribute one of the most advanced Geoexchange systems in the World with our leading edge Geothermal Heat Pump System, the “EI Elemental Series”. Our system takes advantage of the proprietary “AICD (Artificial Intelligence Controls Diagnostics)”, which gives our equipment the most sophisticated controls package available on the market today. The EI Elemental products are high efficiency, eco-friendly comfort systems, providing heating, cooling, dehumidification as well as domestic hot water production for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The EI Elemental family of Geoexchange systems ranges in size from 1.5 to 10 ton water-to-air systems, and 1.5 to 30 ton for water-to-water applications. Furthermore, all models are flexible and can be constructed vertically or horizontally to meet space requirements for retrofit or new construction.
GeoExchange Energy Service Company
We operate as a Geoexchange Energy Service Company, utilizing proprietary turnkey geoexchange systems and solutions to deliver heating, cooling, dehumidification as well as domestic hot water supply. Our unique “One-stop shop” approach to geoexchange technology application, reduces technological uncertainty and concerns over system design and performance associated with geoexchange systems by incorporating all of the requisite pockets of technological expertise required for ‘best practices’ design and implementation in one integrated package. In return, our Geoexchange Energy Service Company is paid for its services, either on a standard up-front purchase contract, or through a financing or lease-to own value proposition. To the benefit of the end user, the latter reduces or eliminates customer responsibility for the initial capital cost of the geothermal loop-field and in certain instances even the equipment purchase, operation, service and maintenance, as these costs are paid back by the end-user through long term Operating Lease Agreements.
